St. Augustine Topping Out

We are thrilled to share that ARCO Murray has reached the topping out stage at The Southerly at Shipyards project in St. Augustine, Florida. To commemorate this significant achievement, our project team hosted a topping out lunch to express our gratitude to our invaluable subcontractor partners. This 4-story, 498,094 SF apartment complex will contain 270 units, 5-story precast concrete garage, clubhouse with fitness center, leasing office, club room, sky lounge, pool and spa, and multiple courtyard amenities.
