The concrete wall panels have been erected at County Line Crossing in Plant City, FL! ARCO is constructing this 535,134 SF cross-dock speculative warehouse, which features a 7” slab on grade, 36’ clear height, 102 dock positions, and four drive-in ramps. Check out the progress…

ARCO recently completed a 196,114 SF rear-load speculative warehouse for Distribution Realty Group (DRG) in Orlando, FL. The design/build project includes four future tenant entrances, a 32’ clear height, 20 dock positions, two drive-in ramps, and 3,410 total SF office space. Take a look at the final photos…
