East Tampa Commerce Center Completion

ARCO is pleased to announce the completion of the East Tampa Commerce Center in Tampa, Florida! This 20-acre design-build project consists of three speculative warehouse shells totaling 262,440 SF. These rear-load buildings were constructed using concrete tilt-up wall panels and provide multiple future tenant entrances and a spacious 32’ clear height.

ARCO Murray is proud to announce the completion of Posner Business Center in Davenport, Florida. Our team successfully delivered an 80,235 SF speculative rear-load warehouse shell constructed with concrete tilt-up wall panels. The facility provides flexibility for future tenants with up to eight future tenant entrances and 32 dock positions.
