We are excited to unveil the completion of a speculative manufacturing facility in Pinellas Park, Florida! This 86,354 SF manufacturing shell is set up to meet the diverse needs of modern manufacturing processes with features such as a 30’ clear height and two 2000 amp electrical services. The design/build facility was constructed with concrete tilt-up wall panels and provides an aluminum storefront entrance, clerestory windows, one drive-in ramp, and eight dock positions.
