Take a look at the latest progress from our active job site in Magnolia, New Jersey, where our team is leading the design-build delivery of a 3-story self-storage facility. Spanning 112,518 square feet, the future ExtraSpace storage will house 837 climate-controlled interior units along with 33 exterior drive-up units.

Our construction crews recently completed the Dryvit brick system installation and finished painting the CMU block walls on the building’s exterior. Inside the building, we’re finalizing hallway and door system installation using the latest Janus technology while continuing progress on MEP systems. With spring season upon us, we will begin to advance in site improvements, including landscape and curb installation, which will contribute to the finished appearance of the facility.
