Parsippany Distribution Center Completion

ARCO is excited to recently deliver a 67,200 SF distribution shell in Parsippany, New Jersey. The design/build project was constructed with precast concrete wall panels providing a 36’ clear height and anticipates future tenant needs with a 2,377 SF office buildout, six dock positions, a drive-in ramp, ESFR fire protection, 2000-amp electrical service, and LED high-bay lighting.
