Windward Progress

ARCO Murray is pleased to report that construction is well underway on the Windward project in St. Augustine Florida. The 498,094 SF apartment community has recently reached some memorable milestones: the precast parking garage and three masonry elevator towers have been fully erected, the concrete building slabs have been placed on two of four buildings, structural steel has been installed for the clubhouse and amenity areas, and wood framing has commenced.
