Alico Logistics Center Completion

ARCO is excited to announce the completion of the Alico Logistics Center in Fort Myers, Florida! This design/build project consists of two speculative warehouse shells totaling 216,000 SF with multiple future tenant entrances. Both rear-load buildings were constructed with concrete tilt-up wall panels and provide a 32’ clear height, two drive-in ramps, and 20 dock positions.
