Beltway Commerce Center, Orlando, Florida, ARCO Murray, Construction

The construction for Beltway Commerce Center 2 in Orlando is going smoking fast, so ARCO Murray recently held a Sub Appreciation Lunch to thank the subs for their work.  The ARCO team served food from 4 Rivers Smokehouse and acknowledged the team for making the project the ARCO Jobsite of the Quarter.

The project consists of two speculative shell buildings… a 240,220 SF rear-load warehouse and a 324,440 SF cross-dock warehouse.  The concrete tilt-up wall panels were recently completed on both buildings, and the steel framing and roofing is in progress.  Check out some pictures…
