Causeway Logistics Center Progress

Progress is coming into view along the bay at Causeway Logistics Center in Tampa, FL, as ARCO recently completed the concrete tilt-up wall panels and steel roof framing for the final building. This design/build project consists of three rear-load speculative warehouses totaling 332,520 SF.

Due to the site’s location along the bay, the 22-acre development includes over 75,000 CY of import fill, 1,000 LF of concrete retaining walls, and effluent filtration systems at the stormwater pond. Check out the progress (and the views!)…
