Community Park Storage Opens
Community Park Storage built by ARCO Murray Construction Company
Community Park Storage is now open and leasing storage units for their new 93,450 SF three-story self-storage facility in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania! The facility provides 758 climate-controlled storage units, 44 exterior drive-up storage units, and a 1,500 SF interior loading dock for covered loading and unloading. The self-storage facility was constructed with light gauge metal framing and features an exterior façade of architectural concrete block, thin brick veneer, aluminum composite metal panels, corrugated metal panels, and aluminum storefront windows.
