ARCO Murray is proud to announce the successful completion of a 359,350 SF electrical distribution center in Groveland, FL. The tenant improvement provided 11 new dock pits, a scrubber dump, 21 forklift charging stations, a 500 kW diesel generator, a new 800 amp electrical service, and high bay LED lighting throughout, as well as adding space for an office, MDF room, break room, locker room, and restrooms.
