ARCO joined SafePoint Senior Living, American Healthcare Management Group and project architect, Spellman Brady & Company for the groundbreaking of a new assisted living and memory care community in Clearwater, Florida. Located on a ±7.2 acre site, Elevate Senior Living will include 96 units over ±54,700 SF. The new community features a fitness center, bistro, coffee bar, salon, game room, library, and activity center.
