The future home of GatorWalk Apartments is making progress in Gainesville, Florida. The student housing complex will consist of one six-story building and three three-story townhome buildings for a total of 85 furnished units. The property will consist of under podium parking, an elevated amenity deck with pool, a clubhouse with fitness center, study areas, gaming area, and coffee bar. Construction is expected to be completed in the summer of 2022.
