InLight Warehouse Progress

Construction is underway at our 175,500 SF speculative warehouse for InLight Real Estate Partners and AIREIT Tampa CC LLC in Temple Terrace, FL. Tilt Panels are up with structural steel to follow as our team works toward the finish line. This 32’ clear height rear load facility will be equipped with LED HighBay lighting, 2,500 SF office, 46 dock doors, 14 equipped dock positions, and two (2) drive-in ramps.
