Recently, we celebrated the groundbreaking of a 53,995 SF expansion on an existing 150,600 SF building at 350 Gills Drive in Orlando, FL, alongside our partners at Mapletree, Leopardo Construction, and Lee & Associates Central Florida. The facility is also designed with sustainability in mind, featuring EV charging rough-ins, structural support for future solar panels, and smart metering technology.
