Recently, we celebrated the groundbreaking of a 53,995 SF expansion on an existing 150,600 SF building at 350 Gills Drive in Orlando, FL, alongside our partners at Mapletree, Leopardo Construction, and Lee & Associates Central Florida. We’re proud to help bring this next phase of growth to life in one of the nation’s most active logistics markets.

Strategically located just 10 miles south of downtown Orlando, the expansion includes:
51,977 SF of warehouse space
2,018 SF of office space
32-foot clear heights
62 parking stalls
The facility is also designed with sustainability in mind, featuring EV charging rough-ins, structural support for future solar panels, and smart metering technology.
