Exciting progress at the McCoy Commerce Center in Orlando, Florida! We're delighted to share that all 120 concrete tilt-up wall panels have been set, and the roof framing is now underway. This rear-load distribution facility spans 262,464 SF with a 36’ clear height and a reinforced 7” floor slab.
