Mettler Toledo Safeline recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for their new 261,100 SF manufacturing facility in Pasco County, and ARCO/Murray is underway on construction of the 35.4-acre site located near the Suncoast Parkway and State Road 54 in Lutz, FL.

The facility consists of two buildings… a one-story 209,000 SF building and a two-story 52,100 SF office building.  The buildings are connected with enclosed walkways, and the building exteriors feature wood grain textures on concrete tilt-up walls, architectural insulated metal panels, and curtainwall glass.

The buildings will accommodate 149,200 SF manufacturing space and 96,500 SF office space to house the company’s Product Inspection Division, which provides inspection systems for producing and packaging food, pharmaceuticals, and other products.  The site and buildings will also provide several amenity areas for a cafeteria, fitness space, lounges, a game room, an outdoor collaboration area, and a jogging path around the property.

Construction is expected to be completed by March 2018.
