AAR Completion

ARCO Murray recently completed a 77,280 SF office tenant improvement for Twenty Lakes Holdings in Rockledge, Florida. The tenant, AAR, is an independent provider of aviation services to commercial and government customers worldwide. The tenant improvements included offices with glass partitions, security upgrades to meet diplomatic security requirements, upgraded finishes, and LED lighting throughout.

The Fuente Companies recently provided some additional parking capacity in the Ybor City Historic District through the completion of a gated parking lot with card access for 93 standard car spaces.
