Food Production Expansion

ARCO is delighted to announce that we have broke ground on a 44,700 SF food production facility expansion in Atlanta, Georgia. The new expansion space will include more production, packaging, and warehouse space, along with a 35°F cold dock.

ARCO is wrapping up framing on Elevate SafePoint located in Clearwater, Florida. The future ±54,700 SF community will consist of 96 individual units for assisted living and memory care.
