In partnership with @Nuvo Development, our self-storage team commemorated the completion of a new Class A self-storage facility in Magnolia, New Jersey, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony joined by city officials and key project stakeholders.

The ground-up, 3-story facility, operated by @Extra Space Storage, spans 112,518 SF and offers 840 fully climate-controlled self-storage units, 30 exterior drive-up units, and a climate-controlled loading bay designed to maximize customers’ convenience during move-ins.
