ARCO is thrilled to announce the successful conversion of an existing warehouse into a 54,200 SF cold storage food distribution facility in Orlando, Florida. The design/build project provided a 7,000 SF -10°F freezer, 4,500 SF 35°F cooler, conditioned warehouse, and offices and features eight vertical cold dock levelers, a split freon refrigerant system, under slab glycol heating system in Freezer, and a 800 kW diesel generator.
