ARCO Murray is excited to announce that we have broken ground on a 86,350 SF design/build speculative manufacturing facility in Pinellas Park. Construction will include concrete tilt-up wall panels, 60-mil TPO roof, 30’ clear height, storefront windows, drive-in ramps, eight dock-high overhead doors, LED high bay lighting, and 4000 Amp electrical service.
