Princeton Oaks Completion

ARCO Murray is excited to share that we just finished two more speculative warehouse shells for Phase 2B of the Princeton Oaks Business Park in Orlando, Florida… a 147,200 SF rear-load building with 39 dock positions and an 86,600 SF rear-load building with 31 dock positions. Each building was constructed with concrete tilt-up wall panels, 60-mil TPO roof, four drive-in ramps, multiple future tenant entrances, and two 1200A electrical services. The 60-acre site also included a prefabricated bridge over an existing canal and offsite improvements to accommodate truck traffic.  Take a look at the photos…
