Stadium House Completion

ARCO Murray completed Stadium House in Gainesville prior to the Fall 2022 semester. The 476,282 SF student housing complex sits on the edge of the University of Florida campus and consists of two buildings providing 181 furnished units ranging from one to five bedrooms each for a total of 623 beds. The 2.82-acre complex features an array of amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, study areas, private meeting rooms, game room, golf simulator, dog park, and two pools.
