Supporting the Halo 5K 2016

The HALO Foundation held their 2^nd annual 5k Race on Saturday March 5^th, 2016 at Al Lopez park in Tampa, Florida, and the event turned out to be a great success in raising funds for the benefit of their group homes in Hillsborough County.  These professionally operated group homes provide supported living services to Developmentally Disabled adults, so they may have some independence and an enhanced quality of life.  The event was fortunate to have over 220 runners, nearly two dozen sponsors, and several vendors providing food, drink, and massages.
