ARCO Murray recently completed a 440,000 SF distribution facility buildout for Brennan Investment Group in Lakeland, Florida, and the facility is now occupied by Quaker. Quaker is a subsidiary of PepsiCo, and the Lakeland facility will be distributing Gatorade, Aquafina, Quaker Oats, and several other food and beverage products.

The cross-dock facility has a fully conditioned warehouse and supporting spaces for employees and maintenance. The property also has controlled access through a guard shack with perimeter security fencing.
