The Nine at Gainesville, FL, Award, ARCO Murray

ARCO Murray recently started construction on The Nine at Gainesville in the heart of the University of Florida. The student housing complex will have six four-story buildings with 179 total units ranging from one to five bedrooms each. The 425,006 SF complex will also have a seven-story parking garage providing 491 car parking spaces.

Several amenities will be located in an 11,000 SF clubhouse, including a fitness center, leasing office, study rooms, game room, tanning beds, and a bowling alley with two lanes. The property will also feature courtyards with a zero-entry pool, hot tub, cabanas, grills, and hammocks.

Construction is expected to be completed in the summer of 2018.
