This spring, #MapletreeUS broke ground on a 53,995-square-foot expansion at 350 Gills Drive, bringing the industrial warehouse facility’s total footprint to 204,540 square feet. We’ve now reached a major milestone: tilt-wall construction is underway – a process where structural walls are cast on the ground, then lifted and secured in place by cranes. Completion is on schedule with the project set to wrap in late 2025.
