TBBJ Best Places to Work

The Tampa Bay Business Journal (TBBJ) announced the Best Places to Work for 2016, and ARCO/Murray Construction made the list in the “Nearly Big” category.  The list is created from results of online surveys completed by employees from the nominated companies.  The employee surveys use science-based tools to measure and manage employee engagement, loyalty, and retention.  The engagement categories focus on items including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.  Congratulations to all the winners, and thank you to the TBBJ for recognizing just how great it is to work at ARCO/Murray Construction!
