TBBJ Best Places to Work

The Tampa Bay Business Journal (TBBJ) announced the Best Places to Work for 2017, and ARCO/Murray Construction made the list in the “Nearly Big” category for the second year in a row.  The list is created from results of online surveys completed by employees from the nominated companies.  The employee surveys use science-based tools to measure and manage employee engagement, loyalty, and retention.  The engagement categories focus on items including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
