Urban Village is going up fast!  Of the six four-story student housing buildings, ARCO Murray is getting close to dry-in for two buildings, continuing wood framing on three buildings, and just started slab prep for the last building.

The 254,000 SF student housing complex will provide 176 furnished units ranging from one to four bedrooms.  The property will feature a pool, pool pavilion, cabanas, fountains, and grills.  Several amenities will also be located in a 10,500 SF clubhouse, including a fitness center, study areas, private meeting rooms, game room, yoga room, and leasing office. 

Construction is expected to be completed in the spring of 2020.
