West University Progress

ARCO Murray is making progress at West University in Gainesville, Florida. This off-campus student housing complex will consist of one six-story building, one four-story building, and a five-story parking garage on a 2.82-acre site. The cast-in-place podium is completed, and framing is progressing on the six-story building and parking garage precast erection has commenced. Construction is expected to be completed in the summer of 2022.
